THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ATTENDING RING OF HONOR, WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Ring of Honor Inclusions:

Economy fare flight for the ROH invitee and (1) guest.
Roundtrip transportation for the ROH invitee and their (1) guest, between the destination airport and hotel.
Ocean view room for the nights of July 14, 15, 16 and 17.
Pueblo Bonita Pacifica is an All-Inclusive resort, which covers all meals and alcoholic beverages at the resort.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND ROH - IS THERE A BUY-OUT OPTION?

Yes, if you are unable to attend there will be a buy-out option offered to you.

DO I NEED TO USE VACATION TIME IF I ATTEND RING OF HONOR?

No, the dates of Ring of Honor are considered regular workdays and you do not need to use paid time off. However, if you choose to extend your trip before or after ROH, those days would be considered personal, and you would need to use paid time off for any days falling on a weekday.

WHAT IS THE DESTINATION AIRPORT?

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is the destination airport. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from this airport to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort.

DO I NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND LOS CABOS?

Roundtrip transportation between the destination airport and resort will be provided for you. All transportation to any off-property activities or events will also be provided for you. We do not recommend that you rent a car. If you choose to do so (at your own expense) please ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage.

MY FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED, MAY I STILL MAKE CHANGES?

If you need to make any changes to your travel plans. please be sure to inform the HOYA Events Team at HOYAEventsTeam@jshay.events of your changes to ensure transportation is arranged properly.

IF I EXTEND MY RING OF HONOR DATES WILL I STILL GET THE HOYA RATES AT PUEBLO BONITO PACIFICA RESORT?

HOYA’s room rate is $580.00 + tax per night for double occupancy. If you wish to extend your stay, pre or post ROH dates, please email HOYAEventsTeam@jshay.events BEFORE booking your flights so we can confirm hotel availability. The ROH invitee is responsible for payment to cover any additional nights at the resort.

DO I NEED TO ATTEND RING OF HONOR'S COORDINATED EVENTS?

Yes, you are expected to attend all coordinated events during ROH. We have scheduled some free / “at leisure” time for you to enjoy this beautiful resort.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT RING OF HONOR?

No, children under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate.

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS IF I PAY FOR THEM AT MY OWN EXPENSE?

No, each ROH invitee is allowed to bring one guest.

CAN I BRING ANOTHER HOYA EMPLOYEE AS MY GUEST?

HOYA employees that do not qualify for the trip are not allowed to attend ROH unless they are the legal spouse / partner of the ROH invitee.

CAN MY GUEST AND I CHOOSE NOT TO SHARE A ROOM?

ROH covers the cost of one hotel room for each winner and their guest during the trip. Any request for an additional separate room must be requested when you accept the invitation to attend ROH. Once the hotel confirms availability of a separate room, the ROH invitee is responsible for payment to cover the additional guest room.

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO EXPENSE WHEN I GET HOME?

Allowable expenses:

Airport parking or Uber/taxi/shuttle at your home airport for the ROH dates of July 14-18 in accordance with normal travel policy.
1 checked bag for the ROH invitee and their guest.
